Olivatsri Oil - Pasta Dish Recipe

This is the recipe for my family's famous "oli oil". Like a martial art it's simplistic in nature but can take years to master. Anyone who has eaten at my house knows of this dish and they can contest just how good it is. I just got this recipe from my mom. Enjoy everyone

Serves: 2-3.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of olive oil (preferably extra virgin)
  • 2 whole heads of garlic chopped
  • 3 jalapeno pepper (more for hotter/spicier)
  • 1 lb of linguini pasta (or preference)

Instructions:
  1. Simmer oil, garlic, and peppers on low until garlic starts turning a golden brown (approx 1hr.)
  2. Boil Pasta and put 3 tbsp of salt/lb of pasta in the water. Once the noodles are ready, strain, but do not rinse.
  3. thoroughly mix pasta and oil.
  4. Eat.
